Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.

Browse profiles of attendees
Find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities

Send & receive meeting requests
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
There is no personal meeting schedule other then you arrange yourself. You build your own agenda based on accepted meeting requests. When sending a meeting request, you will be able to propose the time and date for a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute video call. Date and time of the call can later be re-scheduled by both parties if needed.

Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled

Before the event or meetings
Use Mozilla Firefox, Google Crome or Opera browser prefably
Internet Edge browser only works for Version IDs 80+ (Chromium edition)
To make sure that everything is set correctly, please go to your "Meetings" and click on green camera button "Meeting starts in..." - this will open the video call feature on your browser. You should be able to see yourself!
During the online event or meetings
Access on web platform and be on-line at least 5-10 minutes before your meetings start
RESPECT other participants' time and show up to all your meetings
Close your video meeting timely. Please leave the call in time as you or your meeting partner can have s subsequent meeting right after. A watch is indicating the remaining meeting time.
If unforeseen circumstance arises and you will not be intend the meeting, please cancel your meetings through the platform. This way, the other participant will be notified.
